We’re getting ready for Halloween here. Every year we have a movie marathon, which normally starts on the 28th (my sister’s birthday…she was almost a witch), but this year we’re watching The Walking Dead series. We still haven’t decided which day we’re starting, but it’s either going to be Sunday or Monday.
I’ve been discharged from physical therapy. My feet and ankles feel much better and I can move around again without being in pain. I’m hoping I can get a couple of years of relief before it flares up again.
I haven’t been doing much writing, so there are no updates on that part of my life. I’ve been working on new slides and videos for Tiktok, Youtube, and Instagram and trying to get as much of them scheduled as I can. Because of the upcoming marathon, I probably won’t write anymore this month and pick things up again in November. We’ll see what happens. Halloween tends to inspire poetry so I might end up with a whole new poetry book by end of the month.
Xander Walsh Series
The official book trailer for Vengeance, the second book in the Xander Walsh series, is above. The book will be released on December 15, 2025 and is currently available for pre-order. I’ll be getting everything set up for the ARCs this weekend and will post the form for signups.
The audiobook for Penance is currently being worked on. I received a 15-minute sample last week and approved it, so everything’s moving along smoothly with that. I don’t have an official release date for the audiobook as of yet, but I’ll be working on the cover art for it this weekend.
